The Disctinctions of War and Peace Today. In many cases the borders between peace and war today are disappearing. There are new and hybrid forms of semi-war and semi-peace, the time of declarations of war and of peace agreements is apparently over. This article explains the development from an enclosed and regulated war to the new forms of unstructured war and its challenges.
